- organic carrot juice
- apple juice
- navel orange
- apple
- 1 bulb of fresh garlic
- salad = spinach + cucumber + tomato + apple + onion + celery
- dressing: olive oil + grade B maple syrup + cayenne pepper + curry + balsamic vinaigrette
my intake was 100% raw for the second day in a row-
wow.
it can't all be a manifestation of 'domestic laziness'

it takes a lot of energy
to cut up all those various veggies & fruits
and mix it up in a big bowl of balsamic sauciness!
